Η έκδοση προσφέρει στα μέλη του προσωπικού πρακτικά εργαλεία για να αναπτύξουν ή να βελτιώσουν τις διαπολιτισμικές τους ικανότητες. Πρόκειται για ένα σύνολο ενοτήτων κατάρτισης που έχουν σχεδιαστεί για να χρησιμοποιηθούν σε εργαστήρια κατάρτισης. Μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν ξεχωριστά ή να προσαρμοστούν σε έναν κύκλο κατάρτισης που θα περιέχει συνδυασμό αρκετών (ή όλων των) ενοτήτων.

Quality Social Services: a Key to Implement the European Pillar of Social Rights

The European Pillar of Social Rights was “proclaimed” by all EU member states, the European Parliament and Commission in November 2017 and is considered a significant initiative in the social field at EU level; according to the European Commission, contributing to “Building a more inclusive and fairer European Union”. It contains “principles and rights essential for fair and well-functioning labour markets and welfare systems in 21st century Europe”, and actions should be taken to implement it at national and EU level. Social Services Europe, in which EPR is an active member, developed the position paper ‘The Role of Social Services in the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights’ in 2018. The paper highlights the importance of these services in achieving the principles in the pillar, and in addition stresses “The effectiveness of the principles described in the Pillar is conditional to the provision of quality services”. The event will take place in Brussels over one and a half days and will include plenary sessions with national and European experts, workshops addressing key issues for quality social service provision, an exchange of best practices and discussion of EU initiatives on quality in the sector.

“L’ educazione letteraria a scuola rappresenta un potente veicolo per decolonizzare un immaginario ancora fortemente eurocentrico, incapace, cioè, di conoscere e di sentire l’altro – anche l‘altro interno alle proprie tradizioni culturali – non come una minaccia, ma come occasione di nuovi e spesso imprevedibili scambi”. Partendo da questa affermazione nasce il lesson plan di letteratura inglese per adulti del CPIA di Messina.

W dniu 9 października 2019 r. w Warszawie, w ramach „Dni Uczenia się Dorosłych 2019”, odbyła się zorganizowana przez Fundację Rozwoju Systemu Edukacji (FRSE) konferencja projektu „Szansa nowe możliwości dla dorosłych”. Głównym celem tego innowacyjnego, autorskiego projektu – realizowanego przez Fundację w partnerstwie z Instytutem Badań Edukacyjnych (IBE) – jest opracowanie modeli wsparcia edukacyjnego dla osób dorosłych z niskimi umiejętnościami podstawowymi (tj. rozumienie i tworzenie informacji, rozumowanie matematyczne, umiejętności cyfrowe oraz kompetencje społecznych). Rezultaty i rekomendacje końcowe projektu mają przyczynić się do wypracowania strategii działań systemowych podejmowanych na poziomie całego kraju.

Το πρόγραμμα Ladies first! στοχεύει στην ενίσχυση των επαγγελματιών συμβούλων (Εκπαιδευτών Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης και Κατάρτισης, Επαγγελματιών Ψυχικής Υγείας) που εργάζονται με γυναίκες, ως προς την ισορροπία επαγγελματικής-προσωπικής ζωής και ιδιαίτερα σε περιόδους κρίσης.

The objective of the Intellectual Output 3 of the EUMentorSTEM project was to assist the career progression of migrant women with a STEM background through mentoring and coaching which aims to develop their soft skills and competencies. Therefore, a training programme was organised by all partner countries to meet the specific needs of the target audience. The methodology for this project has been built on Mentoring Circles™, which was developed by Inova Consultancy and has been adapted to EUMentoring in order to suit the needs of migrant women with a background in STEM.

Dans un précédent article, nous avons présenté l’expérimentation que la Région Grand Est, dans le cadre du CPRDFOP « Performance Grand Est », a initiée. Cette action, pilotée conjointement par la Région et le Fongecif Grand Est vise à recueillir le point de vue des personnes engagées dans un parcours d’évolution professionnelle afin de repérer les moyens de remédier et d’anticiper les ruptures de parcours. Une observation est au cœur de la réflexion : « Ce n’est pas parce qu’on a des droits qu’on les mobilise... » ; Et une question revient avec insistance : « Comment créer les conditions d’une mobilisation du public au regard de l’offre de service proposée ?

Training Course: Children's and Neighbourhood Parliaments - How to Implement?

The methodology used by the Children’s Parliament program aims to support the organization of communities and their sustainable development.
It creates circles of people who actively engage in the debate, planning and implementation of actions that facilitate the resolution of their own problems.

2ήμερο εργαστήριο οργανώθηκε στην Ελληνική Εταιρία Alzheimer για το Ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα Bridge. Ένα μεικτό γκρουμ 36 ατόμων πήρε μέρος, 3 επαγγελματίες υγείας, 3 σχεδιαστές παιχνιδιών, 3 περιθάλποντες, 13 ηλικιωμένοι και άτομα με άνοια και 14 νέοι εθελοντές.

The education sector, and in particular adult learning, plays a central role in the social and economic integration of migrants. For some time now, the migration-related changes in our societies have also been leading to changes in adult learning institutions themselves. In order to develop effective learning strategies for learners with migration experience, it is essential that migrants and/or their representatives and organisations are actively involved in the development of adult learning programmes in the medium- and long-term.

Den 25 september ägde en nordisk konferens rum i Stockholm med titeln ”Nordisk konferens om inklusion – hur stärker vi samverkan med civilsamhället?”. Den vände sig till chefer inom offentlig sektor och inom civilsamhället. På talarlistan stod bland annat flera forskare. Representanter från de olika sektorerna berättade också om sina erfarenheter.

The Council of Europe are inviting everyone to take part in a language challenge around the European Day of Languages! The 51 challenges within the handbook encourage learners to go outside their comfort zone and take advantage of the opportunities to practice or learn more about a language.

The guide summarises the other outcomes of the project and the lessons learnt. It will target relevant stakeholders in the project’s countries (namely: trade-unions, third-age associations, employers’ associations, VET agencies, employment services, policy makers)
and it will contribute to better active ageing policies across EU. It proposes measures to be taken at national or/and European levels for supporting older workers activity on the labour market.

A training package targeting human resources managers, managers, coordinators, directors of organizations / institutions employing a multigenerational staff. The training program provideS resources to adapt the organizational environment to all generations, as well as to fight stereotypes on older workers and to organise intergenerational mentoring programmes. The program will offer resources to promote

This vocational counselling methodology is based on the careful analysis of the
dynamic of European labour market and also on the trend of population aging process in
Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Greece and Romania.
The counselling program that is presented in this methodology has as a central goal
to make operational the functional remaining potential of older workers 55+ in order to
maintain their employability.
The principles which are on the bases of this counselling program are:
1. Each older worker is unique.
