Tradiční veletrh neziskovek NGO Market se v roce 2016 uskuteční 27. dubna v prostorách Fora Karlín (Pernerova 51, Praha 8). Veletrh doprovodí celodenní program, určený zástupcům neziskovek i veřejnosti. Vstup na akci je jako tradičně zdarma.

Prema podacima MONSTAT-a: “Popis stanovništva, domaćinstava i stanova u Crnoj Gori 2011”, 6251 osoba se izjasnila da je romske nacionalnosti, što čini 1,01% ukupnog stanovništva, dok su se 2054 osobe izjasnile da su Egipćani, što čini 0,33% ukupnog stanovništva Crne Gore.

Od ukupnog broja radno sposobnih pripadnika Roma i Egipćana, veoma mali broj je registrovan kao zaposlen. Podaci iz popisa pokazuju da stopa zaposlenosti romske i egipćanske populacije iznosi 13,4%.

Finnish, Hämeenlinna area-based vocational college Tavastia carried out a short property maintenance study programme for immigrants, combining language studies and vocational studies through practical work. NAO (Young adults' skills programme) funding made it possible to carry out the trial before starting the vocational qualification education.

Les projets qui favorisent l’inclusion, qui soutiennent les valeurs démocratiques er préviennent de la radicalisation sont invités à demander un financement en vertu d’un appel à proposition Erasmus+ publiés ce mois-ci. L’appel est lié à la déclaration de Paris adoptée par les ministres européens de l’éducation et le commissaire Navracsics en Mars 2015. La déclaration vise à promouvoir la citoyenneté et les valeurs communes de liberté, tolérance et de non-discrimination à travers l’éducation.

A large number of NAO students have complicated issues that are reflected in their self esteem and have resulted in dropping out of studies as youths several times. Students themselves have emphasised in surveys that the increased feeling of being part of society is the most important by-product of NAO education.

Development was furthest advanced in innovations concerning support during studies. Means had been built to improve peer support between students (65 %) and tutor counselling/personal coaching (50 %). In addition, study modules had been divided into smaller sections for the NAO students (78 %), especially in the early stages of studies, in order to achieve faster learning results and, through this, improve the students’ self esteem and trust that they can complete their studies

In the NAO education evaluated before the start of the studies and at the early stages of studies, particular attention was paid to supporting the students' self esteem and group behaviour skills (78%), developing the students' preparedness for working life (70%), and an orientation period before starting the actual studies (42%). Of the respondents, 45% had already modelled or were modelling aspects developed in NAO into more extensive use.

Within the institute, the partnership formed by the teacher and the NAO instructor was the most popular new method (78%), the internal multi-professional NAO team was used by 65%, and the instructor team was given additional training to approach NAO students in 37% of the projects.

The Improving the competence of adults programme, shortly ENO, is focused on adults aged 30–50 who do not have an upper secondary qualification. The programme was primarily launched by the educational institutes that had 1.5 years of experience with the NAO programme, existing potential students who were too old for the NAO programme, and the opportunity to use the local network created around the application and support operations of the NAO programme.

The quantitative goals of the Young Adults' Skills Programme were set at about 4,000 new students/year, 1,500/year of whom would begin their studies in apprenticeship type training. By September 2015 9,160 students had started studies in an educational institute and 785 students had started an apprenticeship.

The Young Adults' Skills Programme, shortly NAO, administered by the Ministry for Education and Culture, was launched in 2013 as a part of the youth guarantee system. The target group of the temporary programme implemented is young adults aged 20–29 who do not have an upper secondary qualification. The Improving the competence of adults programme, shortly ENO, is focused on adults aged 30–50 who do not have an upper secondary qualification.

Suurella osalla NAO-opiskelijoita monialaisia ongelmia, jotka heijastuvat itsetunnossa ja näkyvät useina aikaisempina opintojen keskeyttämisinä nuorisoasteen koulutuksissa. NAO-kurssia harkitseville painotetaankin useaan otteeseen, että kyse on aikuiskoulutuksesta, jota tehdään työvaltaisemmin. Oppilaitosten osaaminen uuden, osin hankalan kohderyhmän kanssa on kasvanut ja verkostot laajentuneet. Oppilaitokset ovat myös siirtäneet kokemuksiaan NAO- ja ENO-osaamisohjelmista osaksi oppilaitosten normaalia toimintaa.
