Weitere 10 Jahre sollen sich weltweit Menschen für Nachhaltigkeit, Chancengerechtigkeit und Ressourcenschonung einsetzen. Die Auftaktveranstaltung wurde coronabedingt ins Frühjahr 2021 verschoben. Dafür ist nun ein Begleitprogramm geplant, das Akteurinnen und Akteuren die Chance geben soll, ihr Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit einer breiten Öffentlichkeit zugänglich zu machen.

Širenje obrazovanja putem interneta otvorilo je pristup obrazovanju široj populaciji putem online predavanja u stvarnom vremenu. To znači da ima puno ljudi koji unapređuju svoje znanje i vještine, a koji to inače ne bi mogli učiniti. Međutim, online predavanja imaju svoje izazove. Na primjer, s različitim vremenskim zonama i različitim rasporedima rada učesnika širom svijeta, vrlo je teško zakazati čas kada je svaki student ili polaznik dostupan. Ovdje stupaju na snagu webinari.
