FUNDACIÓN RAMÓN REY ARDID

Fundación Ramón Rey Ardid (FRRA) is a non-profit organization that was created in 1991 to attend the need of people affected by mental illness. After 27 years of experience, our organization has grown and increased its social presence, working with other collectives (older people, migrants, young people in difficulty, etc.). The common denominator is vulnerability and social exclusion. It works for social and labour integration of groups at risk of exclusion developing different actions: training, awareness, leisure activities, etc.

In order to attain the above-mentioned goals, FRRA has established diverse agreements with official bodies and private institutions to develop assistance, prevention, rehabilitation, socio-professional integration and training activities.

It has its main centres in Saragossa (Aragón, Spain) but it has also presence in other regions such as La Rioja and Valencian Community. It manages several resources (residences, day centres, training centres, social Enterprises ...) in different areas of activity (Mental Health, Elderly, Training, Integration and Employment). In 2017, we had 5.288 beneficiaries thanks to 1.550 employees and 125 volunteers.

Our goal is to be a reference in design and provision of innovative programs and services to encourage the inclusion of vulnerable people

Fundación Ramón Rey Ardid has more than 20 years of experience in management of European co-funded by European programs such as: Horizon, Equal, Pegasus, Acre, Smart, Leonardo, Grundtvig, Youth in Action, Erasmus +, Creative Europe, etc.

 

Priorities in integration, employment and training area:

-Open new training lines that improve the employability of people at risk of exclusion,meeting the demands of the new employment niches.

-Consolidate protected employment companies to favor the incorporation intoemployment of people with disabilities or at risk of exclusion by improving thequalifications of workers and improving management procedures.

-Bring services closer to people wherever they live, taking advantage of the opportunitiesoffered by new technologies (R + D + i) to favor as far as possible the permanence ofpeople in their environment.

-Incorporate advanced technologies and adapt management procedures to improve theefficiency and sustainability of projects.

-Incorporate the evaluation of the social impact of our initiatives and social projects.
