ADULT EDUCATION FOR SOCIAL INCLUSION AND INTEGRATION
The “ADULT EDUCATION FOR SOCIAL INCLUSION AND INTEGRATION “ project is implemented by the adult training staff at SARICAM HALK EGITIMI MERKEZI MUDURLUGU – Adana, Turkey.
Ten trainers from SARIÇAM HEM benefited from the training period at “INSTYTUT BADAN I INNOWACJI W EDUKACJI” in Czestochowa – Poland [INBIE] from 02.12.2019 to 12.12.2019.
The training course “ADULT EDUCATION FOR INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY” was developed by “INSTYTUT BADAN I INNOWACJI W EDUKACJI”, taking into account the needs of teaching staff working at Saricam HEM in Adana. This training included hands-on tasks, presentations, workshops and activities for self-reflection. The structured course covered a variety of theoretical and practical issues related to migration and integration issues, especially in the context of inclusion.
Each module comprised several tasks, further divided into steps, which acquaint participants with an array of useful methods, techniques used in the work with migrants.
Each module consisted of input from the host organization to each subject and input from the participants in the form of group activities, presentations, self-reflection and future plans. The underlying concept of the training course was to find commonalities and good practices for transfer, also for both sides.
Upon completion of the training courses developed by “INSTYTUT BADAN I INNOWACJI W EDUKACJI” , the participants are able to:
• Plan, organise activities and strategies supporting the integration of Syrian women
• Identify, plan and organise adequate empowerment measures in the field of education, social life, working life etc.
• Create, adapt and implement tools, approaches for the empowerment of Syrian women

ADULT EDUCATION FOR SOCIAL INCLUSION & INTEGRATION
This course / workshop focused on improving the quality of adult learning professionals. Participants to the course gained theoretical knowledge, research skills and the ability to apply adult education principles while teaching. Participants improved their cultural and competences to adapt to the particular needs of adults, and find out how to motivate adults to share their professional experiences and help them learn through discussions, collaboration and practical activities.
